How information is used

  • Deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the website.
  • Maintain visitor and session continuity and prevent duplicate operational events.

Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by infrastructure, market data, typography, operational delivery, and communication providers described in Market Data and Third-Party Providers. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, respond to lawful process, or complete a legitimate business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Sale, targeted advertising, and financial incentives

The current page does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use it for targeted advertising, or offer a financial incentive program in exchange for personal information. If those practices change, the applicable notice and controls must be updated before the change is introduced.

Sensitive information

The page is not designed to collect passwords, verification codes, private keys, seed phrases, brokerage credentials, banking credentials, government identifiers, precise location, biometric identifiers, or investment funds. Do not submit that information through the website, email, or a community communication.

Automated routing and significant decisions

The page uses limited rule-based routing to determine whether a communication link is offered. It does not make decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, education admission, securities account eligibility, or another decision that produces a similarly significant legal effect.

Retention

Browser storage remains for the durations described in the Cookie and Local Storage Policy. Operational records are retained only as reasonably needed for website operation, event integrity, security, analysis, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Retention can vary by record type, purpose, and applicable requirement. Information that is no longer reasonably needed should be deleted, de-identified, or otherwise handled in accordance with the applicable process.

International processing

Providers and network infrastructure may process information in countries other than the visitor location. Where an applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or additional safeguard, the responsible parties should use an available contractual, organizational, or technical measure.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information and service, including data minimization, access controls, and operational monitoring where applicable. No network, browser-storage, or communication method is completely secure. See Security for identity, phishing, and credential guidance.

Privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies, a person may have rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and may have rights to restrict or object to certain processing. The current page does not conduct sale, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling as described above.

Requests, verification, and authorized agents

Submit a request to Contact email and identify the right requested, the jurisdiction that may apply, the publication domain or page involved, and the email address associated with any prior communication. We may request information reasonably needed to verify identity, authority, and the connection between the requester and the information. An authorized agent may be required to provide proof of authority, and the individual may be asked to confirm the request directly when permitted by law.

Appeals and complaints

If applicable law provides an appeal right, a person may reply to the decision or submit a new message marked as an appeal and explain the basis for review. A person may also contact the relevant regulator or attorney general where the law permits. We will not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Children

The website is directed to adults interested in market research and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through this page. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us for review.

Changes

This policy may be revised when services, providers, practices, or legal obligations change. The current published policy governs the website unless a separate notice is provided for a specific service.
